Terms of Service
Last updated 8 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and the operators of PumpPair (“PumpPair”, “we”, “us”). They cover everything you do here: browsing, connecting a wallet, launching a coin, trading, holding a coin, and receiving anything the pad pays out. If you do not agree with them, do not use the platform.
They are in plain language deliberately. The headings are part of the terms rather than decoration, and the parts most likely to cost you money are not buried.
1.What PumpPair is
PumpPair is a launchpad on Solana that turns a coin's pump.fun creator fees into a basket of pump.fun coins for the people holding that coin. Every coin here is created on pump.fun, trades against SOL on pump.fun's bonding curve and, after graduation, in a PumpSwap pool. We do not operate those venues and we do not control the price of anything traded on them, including the four basket coins.
More products may follow, and these terms are written to cover them. Where a section describes a product by name it describes that product; where it describes how the pad receives fees, holds them, swaps them and pays them out, it applies to anything the pad does on the same model, including products launched after the date at the top of this page.
2.We are not your adviser
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Figures on the site are read from the chain and from third-party price feeds and may be wrong, stale or incomplete. You decide what to do with your money; we do not.
3.Trading is yours, and it is final
When you launch, buy or sell, you sign a transaction with your own wallet and it is executed by the venue's program on chain. We do not hold your keys, we cannot reverse a transaction, and we cannot recover funds sent to the wrong place. A transaction that fails on chain fails; its fee is spent regardless.
4.Where our wallets are involved
Each coin's payout wallet is a keypair the keeper holds, and it is the coin's creator on pump.fun, so the coin's creator fees accrue to it. The keeper collects them, swaps what arrives into the basket and pays holders from it. Between rounds those funds sit in a wallet we control, and in that window they are exposed to our mistakes and to anyone who compromises the keeper.
Fee collection
Coins launched here name a payout wallet we operate as their pump.fun creator, so pump.fun accrues the creator fee to it. The keeper collects that fee into the wallet. Between the collect and the payout, that money sits in our wallet.
Swaps
The keeper swaps the SOL in the payout wallet into the basket coins through Jupiter. Slippage and route quality are outside our control; a swap that fails is carried into the next round.
Payouts
The basket coins bought for holders are sent from our wallet to theirs. We pay the rent to open the token account a holder needs to receive them; that account belongs to them from the moment it exists.
Ops
The 10 % ops slice is moved to a wallet we control and is ours to spend on running the pad.
We state this plainly because it is the largest trust assumption in the system. Every balance is public and every movement is a transaction you can open.
5.Fees
pump.fun charges its own trading fee on every trade and pays the creator's share of it to the coin's creator, which here is the payout wallet. Of everything that arrives there, 10 % goes to the ops wallet and 90 % is swapped into the basket for holders. Network rent for holder token accounts is paid by the pad. The exact split is in the docs and can change with notice on the site.
6.Payouts, and what they are not
A payout is a transfer of basket coins to a wallet that held a coin at a snapshot. It is not a share of any company, not interest, not a guaranteed return and not a promise of any future payout. If a coin stops trading, its payouts stop. If a swap for a basket coin keeps failing, that leg waits.
Payouts below the threshold roll forward and may never be sent if the accrual never clears it. Wallets holding less than the minimum value of a coin at a snapshot take no share of that round.
7.Basket coins are coins, not assets
The assets in a basket are pump.fun coins issued by third parties. They are not shares, deposits or claims on anyone. They carry no rights, no revenue and no backing. They can lose their liquidity, their Jupiter route or all of their value by events we do not control.
8.Listings, and what we can do about them
Any coin launched through the site is listed automatically. We may hide a coin from the board, stop running rounds for it, or refuse to record it, at our discretion, including where it infringes someone's rights, is used for fraud, or attracts legal demands. Hiding a coin does not remove it from the chain.
9.Your content
The name, symbol, image and description of a coin are yours, and you are responsible for them. By launching you give us a licence to display them on the site, in the metadata the coin points at, and in feeds derived from it. Do not use names, marks or images you do not have the right to use.
10.What you cannot do
Do not use the platform to launder money, evade sanctions, manipulate a market, or break any law that applies to you. Do not attack the site, the keeper or the programs it uses, and do not automate the site in a way that degrades it for others. Do not impersonate us.
11.Eligibility
You must be of legal age where you live and not a person or entity we are prohibited from serving. Where the law of your country prohibits what this platform does, do not use it; we cannot tell where you are and we rely on you for this.
12.Risks
You can lose everything you put in. Coins here are speculative and mostly illiquid. Prices move violently. pump.fun may change its creator fee. Jupiter routes may vanish. The keeper may fail, be attacked, or make a mistake. Solana may halt. The basket coins may go to zero. None of this is theoretical, and none of it is covered by us.
13.Disclaimers and limits on our liability
The platform is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, including loss of funds, loss of profit, and loss caused by third-party venues, price feeds or the chain itself. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim.
14.Indemnity
If we are sued or fined because of your coin, your content, your trading, or your breach of these terms or the law, you will defend us and cover the losses and reasonable legal costs. “Us” includes our entity, operators, employees and contributors.
15.Changes to these terms
When these change we will update the date at the top, and for material changes we will post a notice on the site. Changes apply from when they are posted and are not retroactive. If you keep using the platform after a change takes effect, the new terms apply to you. If you do not agree with one, stop using the platform.
16.The rest
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stands. Not enforcing a term is not waiving it. You cannot assign these terms; we can, to a successor of the platform. Sections 4 to 7, 13 and 14 survive termination. These terms are the whole agreement between us about the platform.
Everything this pad does is on chain and can be checked. The wallets are listed in the docs, the fee split is in the docs, and every payout is a transaction you can open.
